Q: When will my order ship? A: Ready to ship items ship within 1-3 business days. Made to order items takes 2-3 weeks to create. Please see each item individually. 

Q: When will I receive my order? A: USA, Australia, Canada, Europe - from 10 business days to 3-4 weeks. 

Q: Where do items ship from? A: Knitwear is shipped from Lithuania, EU.

Q: I need my item in a hurry, can you ship faster? A: Yes, please send us email for details info@wooldotknitwear.com

Q: I've just noticed my shipping address is wrong, can I change it? A: Yes, please send us a message info@wooldotknitwear.com

Q: Who makes your items? A: All items are ethically made by me in clean, smoke free studio in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Q: What yarns do you use? A: All yarns used for items are extra fine merino wool, cotton, alpaca wool, mohair, silk. Most yarns has an Oeko-Tex® certification (certificate number 25.3.0110), Standard 100, Class I. This means that it has been tested and found completely free from harmful chemicals and that it is safe for human use. Class I is the highest level, and it means the yarn is suitable for baby articles (ages 0-3).They are sourced in Europe.

Q: Can I return my order? A: You can items if they are not custom order. Please return within 14 days after receiving it. We will refund your order once items are returned to us. Return shipping costs will not be included in a refund.

Q: How do I decide on size for knitwear? A: Each listing has information with measurements.  Please contact us info@wooldotknitwear.com if you are not sure what size to go for. 

Q: How do I care for items? A: Each item has a label with care instructions, as well please see a page with care information on our website.
